I can not say enough good things about Lauren Castillo and her team ! She helped us get the right help to fix our credit a few years back . She was always there if we had a question way before we even started to go shopping . When we finally got our preapproval and were ready to shop covid hit and the market in Arizona has been insane . As first time home buyers, we were completely clueless on the home buying process! Luckily, we reached out to Lauren and the rest is history! The first time we met with Lauren, she perfectly laid out the entire home buying process for us - including an estimated timeline to give us a better idea. That day we went over bits and pieces of what kind of house we wanted to look for. After getting a better idea of what we wanted, she immediately took us out to look at a New Build community! To this day, we’re so grateful for this - we ended up buying in that community! Although it was a New Build, Lauren was there with us through the entire building and buying process! Okay, to be completely transparent here - My husband and I knew less than nothing about purchasing our first home. We had Lauren sell our home and help us get in another home. She was very on top of everything! She never left us in the dark with anything. When things took a huge turn during closing time from the person buying our house Lauren was on top of it like no other.
