    I can't say enough great things about Lauren & Josean. We were selling our first home and wanting to build a new home, but there were waitlists, drawings, etc. Lauren & Josean worked their magic. They found us a brand new build that no one had lived in and it was everything we wanted!! The only thing was we had to get a buyer under contract with our home within 24 hours to get under contract with our new home. Once again, Lauren & Josean were amazing and made this happen. We had a buyer for our home that we were selling and went under contract with our new home all within a day! Lauren & Josean made every step of the way a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I would recommend Lauren & Josean to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. You won't regret it!!!

    I really can’t say enough about having Lauren represent us in the sale of our house. We live out of state but she made sure the only finger we had to lift was the DocuSign to get what needed to be signed off. We also ran into an atrocious situation the day before closing in which someone kicked down our front door prior to the final walk through. She coordinated everything and spent time making sure the property was taken care of. Oh by the way, she got us $12,000 over asking price before the property even hit the market. She know her stuff. If you don’t use her, you’re making a mistake. Five stars, two thumbs and three cheers for Lauren!

    My husband and I were relocating to Arizona from California due to my job and I was given Lauren’s phone number as a reference, my husband and I had a hard time in wanting to trust someone with our life and needs as we were unable to visit Arizona and see homes for ourselves. Lauren was amazing! She went above and way beyond our expectations in the home buying process! She traveled far from her location to find us what we were looking for and Lauren was very honest and upfront in our wants and what we could afford. She called us to do FaceTime calls and walk through properties and we honestly feel like she treated us like her family!     I can not say enough good things about Lauren Castillo and her team ! She helped us get the right help to fix our credit a few years back . She was always there if we had a question way before we even started to go shopping . When we finally got our preapproval and were ready to shop covid hit and the market in Arizona has been insane . We didn't have a ton of wiggle room when it came to closing costs and down payment being on the first time homebuyers program so it was a bit rough bidding in bidding wars . But with a great realtor theres other incentives when putting in your bid other than just the highest bid that will win over the sellers . Also homes were going undercontract within days so it was a huge help that Josean Castillo would squeeze us in showings the day they were listed. We saw several homes and a couple we went under contract for just were not the right fit for us after the insepction period. But we found our home in the end and when they say the home buying process is worth it ... It is ! After all was said and done we got our home for under 1000 bucks !!!     A one of a kind realtor! Lauren and her team got my family and I into our dream home in the best community!!! We tried working directly with builders thinking that would give us an inside track but after losing out in several raffles, we gave up all hope of getting a home in our #1 community. Within days of meeting Lauren, she was able to get us into the community we wanted and closed in less than a month. The vendors she recommends are top tier as well. After moving into our home, we reached out to a cable provider to set up an install for services and the next available appointment was in 2 weeks.
